Hussong's just earned an updated rating from me, bumping my review up to 5-stars! Why? Mostly because of the super delicious Chile Relleno on their vegan menu. This grilled poblano pepper is flavored with garlic, onion, and tomatoes. I opted to order this with the jackfruit carnitas. It was topped with melted cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I'm used to breaded and fried chile relleno but this one sat on top of a tostada for a nice crunch. It comes with a side of rice and beans. I'm craving another one as I'm typing this out. I ordered the enchiladas, which weren't my favorite.. BUT the fish tacos were so yummy! I also tasted the carne asada and it was very tasty and juicy. My friend stated she loved the California burrito. We also accidentally ordered the romance margarita without realizing how massive it was. It made for a hilarious and memorable moment. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. This restaurant is located near the shops at Mandalay Bay. It was kind of small inside, probably not great for very large groups. For small groups it's great!

Great food! Great Service and Great Atmosphere! My husband and I ordered appetizers of their chicken taquitos and beef taquitos along with 2 Negra Modelos.... Absolutely fantastic! Our server David O was wonderful! We're definitely coming back!

Yummo! Good way to start an evening in Vegas. Service is exceptional. Our server Regina Q! She aced it. Remembered us and made us feel at home. Our food came fast and our drinks were good with the exception of our Vodka Mule. It lacked flavor and come off flat, but the FOOD! No complaints. Chicken enchiladas with tomatillo sauce was devine. Vegan menu is phenomenal. Not many Vegas restaurants take the time to make food yummy vegan food. Come down and if Regina is serving you. Consider yourself lucky

Had some time to kill before our flight out of LAS so we stopped here for lunch and a drink to calm my nerves (I hate flying). Jane was very attentive, a pleasure to deal with and made some of the best drinks we've ever had. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. Make sure you go see her!
